It’s that time of year again.
The sun is appearing and pale skin from the winter is starting to get that summer glow.
Everyone is gearing up for their summer holidays filled with mojitos, late nights and bikini beach days.
But given we have all been storing up over the winter (my choice of padding consists of chocolate and cake), I’m not entirely sure we are ready to slip (stuff) ourselves into our new beachwear.
My advice – gym it up everyday (yes even Sundays), take the stairs and stop eating anything that tastes remotely nice in the hope to coax out a summer body asap.
If this fails (and it is likely) throw caution to the wind and rock that new bikini with confidence – this year the beach will have whatever body I give it.
